I participated in the RFTC event with a buddy today, running 10k. Did a pretty decent time too (55min 30sec) despite not having practiced in almost 3 weeks! However, I know I'm going to be feeling plenty sore tomorrow and for the next few days… (^^;

It was a great day for a run – the sky and temperature were absolutely perfect, and it looked like everyone was having a great time! I have a few more shots (of the Tawoo drummers performance) but those will be uploaded tomorrow since I'm pretty wiped.

These are the last 4 shots of my most recent Tohoku album. (btw, I didn't pose the little action figure on the pillar, he was already there, and looked pretty forlorn)

I just realized/remembered that tomorrow will be the run/walk for the cure around the Imperial palace!

I haven't practiced running in almost 3 weeks since I've been first busy at work, and later on vacation, but I'll still give the 10k run a try with a couple of friends. Any other G+'ers participating too? 🙂
