Winter view

Just a quick shot from this weekend's trip – this was taken from the Shinhotaka ropeway platform in Okuhida.  A lovely view, though a bit chilly at around -6 degrees or so.

I'm not sure if this image looks right color-wise.  I copied over my photos after I got home around midnight last night, did a little tweaking, but I was so groggy that I couldn't really focus, which is why I'm not sticking this image in an album just yet.

    Thanks +Jeff Austin !  This is fairly close to SOOC, so I didn't have to edit much apart from brightening the lower part a bit.  Does it look ok on your screen?  I no longer trust my (very old) monitor after seeing how different my images look on other screens, and though I didn't spend more than a few minutes on this photo last night, I was still so tired that I don't know how it really looks..

    Haha, no, I intended it to look reasonably close to the way it looked when we were up there.  On the camera, some of the bottom was a bit underexposed so I tried to brighten that up, and sharpen a little for detail.  Otherwise, that is all +Jeff Austin .
