    +Lin Yaqiong , thank you! 🙂

+adithya anand , it was pretty fun!  I guess I'd give it a 7.5 out of 10?  Reason for that is because the beginning was a bit exposition-heavy.  However, it ramped up very nicely from the middle onwards.  If you liked the previous 3 movies, you'll like this one.  🙂

+michelle vitard I understand!  I'm not thrilled with the fact that they're making THREE movies out of ONE book (as opposed to the 1 movie per 1 book previously), but I will admit that The Hobbit ended satisfactorily, and you're not left on some horrible cliffhanger.  🙂
That being said, I just ordered LOTR – extended edition of the 3 movies as it was on sale (around 35 dollars), so guess what I'll be watching over the holidays?  ;P

sounds like it was a good film! the kids are gasping to see it – and even read the book so I guess I'll have to take them as a reward  :o)

It was good +michelle vitard !  It just didn't feel as… "tight" as the previous movies, particularly in the beginning.  It makes me wonder what the EXTENDED versions of these movies will be like…
But it was still good 🙂

l want to ask you things but l'm stopping myself – no spoilers! Like your no horrible cliffhanger Comment makes me wonder where Jackson has broken up the story's Acts … In fact I should read the book again too!

Well +michelle vitard what actually happens is that Bilbo Baggins discovers a strange artifact which he names the Allspark, and later learns that it is used to power a race of sentient robots who join the ranks of the good folk of Middle Earth to battle against evil beings called the Morlocks.

Oh… oops, did I just give the whole story away??  😉

Sorry +adithya anand , I did try to keep ONE thing as a surprise, but looks like +michelle vitard already knew all about it… 🙁
I have to say though, the CGI martians were very well done – their active camouflage, the glowing blood, the mandibles (when they removed their helmets)… creepy!
