It's been a while since I've done #hdrphotography and it was fun to dip into it again. This is a familiar building for most people who've been around Yokohama (the Landmark Tower), and was taken last Sunday.
It was a lovely day, bright and sunny, and I was able to fire off 3 bracketed exposures handheld with my D90 with no problem. Again, being able to go around and take pictures of places other than my work area is great. 🙂
I actually have a B/W version of this shot that I like equally, but thought I'd brighten up my #creative366project album since I've been a bit heavy on the monochrome lately. (^^;
Have to be up a bit early tomorrow, so g'night from Tokyo!

It looks like it was taken in 3-D. Amazingly great shot.
It's gorgeous HDR!! You are already stepping big in creativity. he he 😉
Thank you +Michael Westbay 🙂
Arigato +Hidetaka Onoyama ! (though maybe you might prefer the B/W version which I will post some other time 😉
nice! i almost have the same composition! nice work 🙂
I think I saw yours +Agustin Rafael Reyes – maybe you were shooting from that bridge up ahead? The one I saw in your album seems closer to the Landmark Tower than where I was.
i think it's in the same spot.. yours is much wider though 🙂

Yep, that's the one I saw 🙂
But I don't see the bridge in your photo, which is why I wondered if you were standing there for yours. Or was your photo taken some time before the bridge was built?
is this a HDR?
+Shereen Yeoh , yes, it is (^^)
Wow! This looks very serene. Beautiful.
Thank you +Laura Loralieh Nixon 🙂
it's the way HDR should be in my humble opinion.
Thanks +Shereen Yeoh ! I'm more of a dabbler in HDR than anything, so I'm glad that I got this right 🙂
+5!!! Love the subject, reflection, composition…Just B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L!
Wow, thanks +Beverly Claire Kaiya ! Maybe I should visit Yokohama more often and take photos of the area 😉
Hmmmm. Delicious reflections! I need to take a walk around the area soon again!
+Jeff M Well, you know that I'm a tax-paying resident of Yokohama City. So it makes me happy when you take beautiful photos of the city, in hopes that it will encourage people from all around the world to visit. That would be good for the city, and the local economy 😉
If this photo catches someone's eye and encourages them to visit Japan/Yokohama, it would make me very proud actually +Beverly Claire Kaiya – maybe I should offer this photo to the Yokohama tourism office! 😉
Des couleurs tres douces et reposantes :)) Tres beau Jeff !
Merci +PasKale Monnom ! 🙂
