I had intended to post another 366 photo, but was too tired to work on it last night so here's one from the archives.
Taken a while back at the park where I do taichi – these little twin brothers just looked too cute. 🙂

You know Tai-chi?
I made a virtual reality taichi trainer in college.
Thanks +Yumi Shoji , there is something special about seeing twins, you should take your nephews photos too!

+David Ventura I wouldn't say I "know" – but I have been practicing on and off once a week for a couple years now.
Thats sweet. Do you find it helps you physically or emotionally?
Both actually +David Ventura . Physically because we do a lot of stretching, and after a week in the office, it's definitely a good thing to stretch alot. The first time I started, I got sore muscles simply from the stretches – that's how out of shape I was. As for the emotional bit, I find it quite calming.
i need help with both. After i hurt my knee and couldn't run anymore, stress from work has gotten really bad and my body always aches. I was thinking of pilaetes or yoga. Taichi may be good too, i need to find a group to ease me in and keep me at it.
You'd be more than welcome to join – it's every Sunday morning from 9-11AM.
I'm going to msg you separately with the details in a minute. 🙂
so cute, Twin rider. 🙂
