It was a challenge for a group of photographers to photograph each station along the Yamanote line, sponsored in part by Nikon (they lent some of us cameras to use for the challenge).  You can search for others that participated in the challenge by searching for the #YamanotePW  tag 🙂
and did you get one of each of the stations?
Oh, no +Peggy MÂ , we were each assigned 1 station! Â There are way too many stations for a single person to cover in a day (some of the stations are large enough it would take a day just to cover them alone!)

Yes, I was Ikebukuro.  And since it's not a contest, nothing in particular is being done with the photos as far as I know – just being displayed on G+ 🙂
